Ava’s Place Rental Agreement
Effective Jan 1, 2012
By reserving and paying for Ava’s place (located at 1707 Lake View Circle Sevierville, TN 37876) you agree to the following terms.
1) Check in is on the first Sunday of your reservation beginning at 4:00 p.m. EST and check out is the following Sunday ending at 11:00a.m. EST. There are no exceptions to this unless management has agreed in writing. If late checkout occurs a $100 late checkout fee will be charged to your credit card.
2) A refundable security deposit of $200 will be required for any reservation made under $800. The refundable security deposit will be refundable if no items are missing, damaged and/or broken. These items include but are not limited to: All fixtures, furniture, electronics (TV’s), bedding, walls, carpet, doors, hot tub, grill, kitchen utensils, plates, glass, parking spot and flooring. The $200 will be refunded within 24 hours of checking out if there are no problems.
3) This cabin is a non-smoking cabin. Smoking inside Ava’s place will result in eviction and a non refunded security deposit and forfeiture of the remaining days of the paid reservation.
4) Ava’s Place ownership reserves the right to evict any renting party if a problem arises during the stay due to damage or rule violation. A non refunded security deposit and forfeiture of the remaining days of the paid reservation will occur.
5) Joshua Hawk (Ava’s Place owner) or any member of his family are not responsible and cannot be liable for any items of the renting party that may be damaged or stolen during the stay of renter.
6) No pets of any kind are allowed unless prior to arrive written permission is granted.
